Certification

SK Collaborative provides certification under all available residential and light commercial green building programs for projects throughout the U.S. as well as internationally. We help multi-family and single-family developers certify both market rate and affordable buildings and communities, as well as light commercial construction. Certification services are available for both new construction and renovation projects, including inspections, testing, energy modeling, and compliance services for Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Energy Code, Sustainable Building Ordinances, and HUD financing.
