SK Collaborative has consulted on and provided green building certification for hundreds of projects throughout the United Stated and Mexico. Multifamily projects include low and high rise, new construction and renovation projects, for affordable and luxury markets. Single family projects include the 2nd LEED home in Mexico, the first project certified under the 2015 NGBS, and an affordable infill development near downtown Atlanta. Commercial projects include restaurants, health facilities, and a dog spa.
