About This Project

Decatur, GA

Decatur East is a new apartment development in the City of Decatur, Georgia. The project was certified under the EarthCraft Multifamily program, meeting the city’s High-Performance Building Ordinance which requires certification under a green building program. Connected to the Avondale MARTA rapid transit station, close to downtown and the Stone Mountain multi-use trail, and built with ground floor retail, this project provides walkability and access to numerous community resources that make it a very livable community.
