About This Project

Kiawah Island, South Carolina

Indigo Park is a community of LEED Certified luxury homes on Kiawah Island, South Carolina.  Featuring 16 homes on over 12 acres of private marshland, these homes feature geothermal HVAC systems, sustainably harvested wood flooring, reflective roofing, ENERGY STAR appliances, LED lighting, and spray foam insulation.

SK Collaborative is providing the LEED Green Rater services for the homes in Indigo Park, including 3rd party site inspections at both the pre-drywall and finish phases to provide both the builder and purchasers with assurance that the homes will meet LEED requirements and perform as designed.
