Savannah Neighborhood Action Project (SNAP) is a $25 million affordable housing development renovated by Vitus under Georgia’s Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). It is made up of 55 buildings in Savannah’s Dixon Park and Victorian District. Upgrades included equipping the interiors with 14 SEER air conditioners, ENERGY STAR appliances, LED and CFL lighting, water efficient fixtures, and tankless water heaters. SK Collaborative oversaw the project’s NGBS certification and compliance with Georgia’s QAP sustainability requirements.
