An ASHRAE building audit is a detailed evaluation of a building’s energy performance and systems, conducted in accordance with guidelines from ASHRAE (the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers). The purpose of the audit is to identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency, reducing operating costs, and enhancing overall building performance.
